Willett Lodge

Willett Lodge provides accommodation, nursing and personal care to up to 20 people in one adapted building, supporting those with healthcare, mobility and sensory needs, including people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 14 people were living at the home.

The registered manager and staff had made improvements that raised the standard of care and improved governance of risks to people's health and safety. However, improvements were still required to ensure all systems were effective in providing managerial oversight and to ensure the provider was consistently working in accordance with best practice.
