Once you subscribe and complete the onboarding form, your enhanced listing goes live within 2 working days.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a welcome email with a link to your onboarding form. Fill in your details, upload photos and submit. We review and publish within 2 working days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel any time with no penalty. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Do families pay to contact me?
No. CareHomeGuide is completely free for families. You only pay for your enhanced listing.
Is my listing already on CareHomeGuide?
Almost certainly yes. We list all 16,145 CQC-registered care homes in England and Scotland. Search for your home at carehomeguide.uk to find your existing listing.
What is the difference between Essential and Premium?
