People were happy with the care they received and felt relaxed with staff, describing them as kind and supportive. They felt safe and said there were enough staff to care for them. Inspectors observed friendly relationships between residents and staff members.

People enjoyed the food provided, and the home acted on their feedback regarding how the service was run. The environment was pleasant and designed to help people move around and find their way easily.
