Croft Meadow

Croft Meadow accommodates up to 60 people in one adapted building, providing nursing care to residents living with various health needs including frailty and dementia. At inspection, 58 people were using the service. The registered manager, deputy manager and staff have made significant improvements to the quality and standard of care. Systems for oversight and governance have been revised and embedded into daily practice. People experience person-centred care from staff who know them well, have received appropriate training, and are competent in their roles.
