Eastridge Manor EMI Nursing and Residential Home

Eastridge Manor provides nursing and personal care to up to 53 people, including those with poor mobility, diabetes, dementia at various stages, and end-of-life care needs. The home is a large detached property with a main house and purpose-built nursing wing set in extensive grounds, with two-floor accommodation accessible by passenger lifts.

Residents reported being happy with their care and feeling safe. One person said, "I am very happy here, they make me feel like this is my home. They look after me very well." A relative commented, "I feel they really genuinely care. They make me feel confident that they are doing everything they can. I want the person to have the best quality of life she can." Staff assessed and mitigated risks to people's health and wellbeing, with those caring for residents knowing them well. People were protected from abuse, and staff worked to reduce identified risks as much as possible.
