The Lilacs Residential Home

The Lilacs Residential Home provides personal care to up to seventeen older people, some living with dementia, across three floors of an adapted building. At the time of inspection, sixteen people were using the service. The home operates under new management following a recent change of provider.

Residents expressed satisfaction with their care, with one person stating, "The staff are very good, I won't hear a bad word said against them." However, improvements were needed with the management of medicines to ensure people were receiving their medication safely and as prescribed.
