Westcliff Lodge Limited

Westcliff Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation for up to 22 older people, younger adults and people living with dementia, in an adapted building over two floors with access to outside space. At the time of the assessment, 14 people were living there.

The CQC found significant improvement since a previous inadequate rating, with the service no longer in breach of regulations and now rated Good overall. Care was planned around individual needs, risks were properly managed, staffing and recruitment were appropriate, and governance had strengthened. People described staff as caring, respectful and supportive, and the service is no longer in special measures.
