Phoenix House

Phoenix House provides residential care and accommodation to up to nine people with learning disabilities or autism. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with nine residents.

The home had implemented a comprehensive visitors protocol with temperature testing, hand disinfection, and health declarations required upon entry. Staff monitored people in communal areas and thoroughly cleaned these spaces after use. The service actively encouraged residents to spend time in their own rooms, with staff providing support and monitoring to ensure their wellbeing throughout the day.
