Poppy Lodge Care Home

Poppy Lodge accommodates up to 16 people, some living with dementia, in a converted three-storey house. At inspection, 15 residents were living at the service, with access to upper floors via lift and stair lift. Individual risk assessments were in place to support safe visiting and community access. When visits could not proceed, the service facilitated video and telephone calls to maintain residents' connections with family and loved ones. The registered manager had implemented infection prevention control measures in line with government guidance.
