Crowstone House

Crowstone House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. The building is spread over three floors with communal areas and large gardens, and 49 people were living there at the time of the assessment.

The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it had improved since the previous inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations. Risks were managed safely, staffing levels were appropriate, and medicines were handled well. People and relatives spoke positively about caring, professional staff, and the registered manager had good oversight to maintain standards.
