Crowstone House

Crowstone House provides personal care to up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 45 people were using the service.

The home did not have robust systems to assess and monitor risks to people's health and safety. Risks within the living environment were not always identified or adequately managed to keep people safe from harm. The provider's processes for monitoring quality and safety were not always effective in highlighting and addressing concerns. Additionally, the provider had not always ensured all relevant recruitment checks were completed for new staff.
