Parkside Nursing Home

The home lacked robust management oversight, with quality assurance processes failing to identify and deliver necessary improvements. This meant people were at risk of not receiving consistent or safe care in line with their needs. Risk assessments for those with specific healthcare conditions did not always provide consistent information about additional care needs, leaving gaps in how staff understood and supported individuals.
