Eastcroft Nursing Home

Eastcroft Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for older people with physical and health related needs, some of whom live with dementia.

The CQC found the service had improved significantly since a previous inadequate rating, with better staff training, stronger management oversight and safer care. Relatives spoke positively, describing staff as attentive, knowledgeable and respectful of people's dignity and choices. The overall rating remains requires improvement, with some relatives noting people could benefit from more opportunities to go out.
