Woodstown House

Woodstown House provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 people with physical disabilities or sensory impairments. The service operates across four floors in a purpose-built facility and includes an in-house rehabilitation service with a physiotherapy team. At inspection, 11 people were using the service.

People described staff as kind and caring, and reported feeling safe. There were sufficient staff to meet people's care needs effectively. Staff demonstrated awareness of risks and how to mitigate them. Medicines were received, stored and administered safely.
