Signature at Banstead, in Surrey, is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 96 people, most over 65 and some living with dementia. At the time of the assessment 74 people were using the service, which has not yet received an overall rating from the CQC.

Inspectors found safe systems for managing risk and medicines, sufficient staffing, and a proactive management team that engaged well with staff and families. People and relatives spoke positively about the care provided, though the CQC found that privacy was not always consistently maintained for people living with dementia.
