Bolters Corner Nursing Home is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 32 people, with capacity for up to 35. The service supports people with learning disabilities and encourages their independence through a culture that promotes choice and control. Staff support residents in the least restrictive way possible, respecting their dignity and privacy while treating them with kindness.

Residents receive person-centred care aligned with their individual preferences, likes and dislikes, and staff are knowledgeable about each person's individual risks to ensure safe care delivery.

The home provides support with nutrition and hydration, and offers a wide range of activities for residents. Staff receive correct training to safely manage medicines and carry out their roles. The service's policies and systems support practices that enable people to have maximum choice and control over their lives and support their best interests.
