Hallmark Banstead Manor Luxury Care Home

Banstead Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 77 residents across three floors, with one floor specifically adapted for people living with dementia. On inspection day, 44 residents were living at the home, including those with dementia.

Residents described staff as kind and caring, and felt safe at the service. There were sufficient staff numbers to support people effectively, with team members demonstrating awareness of individual care risks and providing appropriate support. People received their medicines on time and were encouraged to take them independently where possible.
