Knowle Park Nursing Home

The home had well-trained staff who were recruited safely, with robust systems in place for medicines management and risk assessment. People were kept safe from infection, with staff aware of safeguarding responsibilities. Care plans provided clear assessments and guidance to support staff in delivering consistent care, and people received support to maintain a healthy diet.
