Hydon Hill - Care Home with Nursing Physical Disabilities

This service provides accommodation and personal care for up to 46 people with nursing needs, disabilities, learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries. At inspection, 38 people were living at the home.

Systems for monitoring medicines administration were not always effective, meaning the provider could not assure themselves that medicines were being given correctly. Whilst people and relatives reported that a core team of staff knew them well, significant use of agency staff due to recruitment difficulties sometimes affected the quality of care people received.
