Jasmine Court Nursing Home

Jasmine Court provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 66 adults with complex needs relating to dementia, physical disabilities and mental health. The service operates across six separate units over three floors.

At the time of inspection, 47 people were using the service. The facility was well-staffed, and people received prompt, quality care. Staff understood people's individual needs and how to protect them from harm. Relatives praised the team, saying they were patient and understood their family members' requirements. One relative commented, "[Person] is happy and the staff have been doing an incredible job looking after them during the COVID-19 pandemic."
