Lonsdale Mews, in Leicestershire, is a care home providing nursing and personal care for up to 64 people, including those living with dementia and physical health needs. At the time of the assessment 57 people were living there. The CQC rated the home Good overall, and found previous breaches relating to consent to care and safeguarding had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, attentive and motivating, with a good variety of activities on offer each week. The environment was well-maintained and comfortable, with personalised bedrooms and an attractive garden. People and their relatives spoke positively about the care, and feedback was welcomed and acted on by the staff team.
