About The Willows
The Willows provides accommodation and nursing and personal care to up to 60 residents; 39 were using the service at inspection.
The home had established a dedicated area with separate rooms and facilities to care for residents discharged from hospital with COVID-19, supported by a staff team working exclusively in that zone. This arrangement minimised infection spread risk. The provider maintained adequate supplies of personal protective equipment throughout the service.
