The Hall

The Hall accommodates and provides nursing and personal care for up to 19 people with mental illness diagnoses, currently supporting 15 residents. Staff demonstrate genuine care and compassion, with one resident noting, "I like living here because the staff work hard and are nice and kind." Staff actively involve people in decisions about their care and encourage independence and personal development.

Residents feel safe at the service, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of individual risks and implementing appropriate safeguarding measures. The home maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs effectively. Medication administration is timely and tailored to individual preferences, and all areas of the home are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
