During the inspection, 24 people lived at the service, some of whom have dementia. The home implemented practical measures to support residents through the pandemic, including building a visitors' pod that provided a safe space for residents and relatives to meet in line with government guidance.

Staff and residents were regularly tested for COVID-19, and all residents had received the COVID-19 vaccination.
