Inspectors found people left distressed and calling for help without prompt response, undignified care, poor infection control, and weak clinical oversight, with breaches relating to dignity, safe care and governance.

Some relatives praised day staff and links with health professionals, and there were pockets of good practice such as safe medicines storage. However, staffing levels, particularly at night, call bell delays and inconsistent personal care were repeated concerns, and many families felt poorly involved or informed.
