This approach reduced the need for external visitors and enabled smooth virtual consultations. The provider had implemented best practice COVID-19 prevention measures, including sending visitors advance information about procedures and establishing a designated screening area at the entrance with handwash facilities. All visitors completed visiting forms and had their temperature checked upon arrival before entering the home.
