Abbey Chase Nursing Home

Abbey Chase Nursing Home provides residential care with nursing support for up to 62 people, including those with sensory impairments and dementia. At inspection, 59 people were using the service across two wings in one building.

Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe and valued the kindness of staff. The home had safeguarding systems in place to protect people from abuse. Sufficient staff were deployed throughout the service, ensuring people did not have to wait for support.

Infection prevention and control procedures were being followed appropriately to keep people safe.
