About Brook House

Brook House is a nursing home in Surrey providing support for people with learning disabilities and autism. The findings below set out what CQC observed during their most recent inspection.

Brook House accommodates up to four people with learning disabilities and autism, each with their own self-contained bedsit comprising a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. At the time of inspection, four residents were living at the service. The home is designed to enable residents to live full, meaningful lives with control and choice over their daily activities and support.

Staff work to help people achieve the best possible outcomes and maintain independence within a supportive environment tailored to individual needs.
