This care home provides nursing care for up to 51 people, including those with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and dementia. At inspection, 50 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found that where health and wellbeing risks had been identified, measures to manage them were not always in place. Pressure-relieving mattresses designed to prevent pressure ulcers were not consistently set correctly, and medicines were not always managed safely.
