Woodside Hall Nursing Home is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to people with a range of health needs. The CQC rated the service Good overall, following an assessment prompted partly by concerns about pressure wounds. Inspectors found a caring, compassionate staff team who knew people well and supported their choices and independence.

Management oversight was in place, with some gaps in care plans and risk assessments already identified by the registered manager, who had plans to address these. Accidents and incidents were investigated appropriately. People and families said they felt safe, respected, and well cared for by staff who understood their needs.
