Orchard House Care Centre

Orchard House Care Centre provides nursing care for up to 60 residents across three separate wings, with one wing specializing in dementia care. At the time of inspection, 58 people were living at the home. Each wing has adapted facilities to support residents' individual needs.

Residents and relatives reported feeling safe and satisfied with their care. Staff interactions with residents were observed to be kind and caring, with people expressing confidence in the support they receive. However, inspectors received mixed feedback regarding staffing levels. The registered manager acknowledged the need to review current staffing numbers to ensure adequate provision to meet residents' needs.
