Staff have demonstrated strong knowledge in managing the designated setting safely and preventing cross-contamination. The provider carefully planned the expansion of isolation capacity, including relocating the entrance to the Covid-positive area with secure keypad access to prevent accidental entry while maintaining the ability to care for infected residents.
