This purpose-built care home accommodates up to 85 people aged 65 and over across three floors, with 64 residents at the time of inspection. The service has implemented robust procedures to support safe visitor access and admissions that follow government guidance. Residents are actively supported to maintain contact with loved ones through telephone and video calls, as well as face-to-face visits in a designated visiting pod, with the service adhering to government guidance for indoor visits.
