Weston Villa

The service operates across two buildings: Weston Villa, which contains four self-contained flats for four individuals, and Henson Court, a four-bed bungalow with communal areas and en-suite bedrooms. Together they provide accommodation and support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, encouraging them to pursue their interests and new experiences. While some residents choose to spend time indoors, staff actively encourage outdoor activities and visits. The service is reviewing staffing levels to increase available hours for supporting more activities and community visits according to residents' preferences. Staff help people develop strategies to manage emotional distress and anxiety, with periods of concern recorded and reviewed by the registered manager as part of ongoing assessment of individual needs.
