The home demonstrated strong infection control practices, maintaining current government COVID-19 guidelines through comprehensive visitor checks and an up-to-date infection control policy. During an outbreak, the service effectively managed risk by implementing zoned areas with dedicated staff assignments to prevent cross-contamination.

Regular observation checks were recorded for residents unable to social distance, and increased touchpoint cleaning was undertaken.
