Parvale House

Parvale House, in North Northamptonshire, is a residential care home providing personal care to up to six adults with complex needs associated with Prader-Willi Syndrome. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and were fully involved in planning their own care.

Inspectors found staff were knowledgeable, well supported and worked effectively with other agencies to promote good health. People spoke positively about the quality of care and felt able to raise concerns, with relatives describing staff as open, honest and transparent.
