Westmeade

Westmeade provides accommodation and personal care for up to three people who live with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, three people were living in the home.

Relatives expressed confidence that people were safe at the service. Risks were appropriately assessed, planned for and managed, with sufficient competent and experienced staff available to provide appropriate support. People reported being involved in decisions about their care, with staff seeking consent when providing support.
