One building contains a self-contained apartment and seven en-suite bedrooms, while the second has three self-contained apartments and three en-suite bedrooms. The service can support up to 14 people.

Staff actively support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives and promote independence. Since the last inspection, all restrictions on people's freedom have been reviewed and lowered where possible. Where restrictions remain necessary, they are regularly reviewed with input from health and social care professionals.

The provider's behaviour specialists work with people to manage anxieties and minimise restrictions, while residents also receive specialist psychological support alongside ongoing staff assistance.
