Lammasmead provides residential accommodation and personal care for up to three people living with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the home. People told inspectors they liked living at Lammasmead and felt safe.

Staff protected people from discrimination, abuse and harm, with risk assessments regularly reviewed to ensure staff were aware of how to reduce risks to residents. The service continued to provide a safe environment for the people it supports.
