Old Grange

Old Grange provides personal care for up to seven people with learning and/or physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, seven people were receiving the service. People using the service receive person-centred support designed to enable them to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Residents showed they were happy living at Old Grange, feeling safe and comfortable with the staff team. Staff were kind and caring, knowing each person well and encouraging independence wherever possible, whilst respecting people's privacy and dignity.

Staff at the home enjoyed their work and felt well supported. There were enough staff to support people in the way they wanted, and staff received training, supervision, guidance and support to do their job effectively.
