Fairview

Fairview is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 10 people with a learning disability and mental health conditions. At inspection, nine people were living at the service. Staff demonstrated safe recruitment practices with completed pre-employment checks before staff commenced work. People received safe care supported by staff trained to protect them from harm, with individual risk plans in place that maintained people's independence. Staff supported people to take prescribed medicines and access healthcare services, enabling maximum choice and control in their lives through least restrictive practices.

The home maintains a relaxed, respectful atmosphere where staff interactions are supportive and dignified. Personal care is provided discreetly, protecting people's privacy. Staff are aware of individual risks and implement systems that support person-centred practice while maintaining safeguarding standards.
