Cromwell Avenue

The service provides care and support to five people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions. During the inspection, inspectors found that the service continued to maintain good quality care, with no evidence of serious risks or concerns identified. The care provided and the premises were both assessed as part of the inspection process.
