Grange Care Services Limited - 27 Flamstead End Road

Grange Care Services – Flamstead End Road is a small residential centre accommodating up to six adults with learning disabilities. The service provides accommodation without nursing care in one adapted building and is managed by a registered manager who also oversees another local learning disability service. During the inspection, the area manager and a provider representative were present to support the service.

Inspectors found that the service was meeting standards in most areas. However, leadership and management were identified as requiring improvement. The provider was given feedback on areas needing development to ensure continued compliance with health and social care regulations.
