Waverley Grange Care Home

Waverley Grange Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 52 residents, including those with various health conditions and dementia. The purpose-built home has two floors with communal areas on each level and was at full capacity during inspection.

Residents were kept safe from avoidable harm, with risks well managed and medicines appropriately supported by staff. There were sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and appropriate health referrals were made promptly. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
