Anchorstone Nursing Home

Anchorstone Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 29 residents were living at the service. Staff knew residents' needs well and managed risks effectively, ensuring people felt safe and were protected from abuse and harm. Both residents and relatives were consistently positive about the care and support provided. The home had implemented infection control measures in line with national guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
