Farnham Mill Nursing Home

Farnham Mill Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 65 older people, including those living with dementia, across three floors of a purpose-built facility. At the time of inspection, 58 residents were living at the home.

Staff levels were adequate to meet residents' needs on each shift. Residents received care from familiar staff members who had received appropriate training to deliver safe care. The home maintained comprehensive risk assessments for residents' care, with documented mitigation plans in place. The service demonstrated a commitment to learning from adverse events, analysing accident and incident records to implement preventative measures for similar occurrences.
