Bourne Wood Manor Care Home

Bourne Wood Manor Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 64 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 59 residents were living at the service. People and their relatives described staff as kind and caring, reporting they felt safe at the home.

Staff demonstrated awareness of risks related to people's care and knew how to support residents appropriately. They were familiar with whistleblowing procedures and understood how to raise concerns both internally and externally. The service maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs.
