Walton Park Care Home

Walton Park Care Home provides accommodation and personal care support to up to 35 older people, some living with dementia and physical or health-related support needs. At inspection, 23 people were using the service. The home has recently undergone management changes with a new manager in post. While governance and oversight processes have improved, they are not yet fully embedded and effective. Although the home has made improvements to the care people receive, not all planned actions have been completed and some audits remain outstanding.
