Moore Place provides personal care to up to 60 residents across five purpose-built floors, with one floor specializing in dementia care. At inspection, 56 people were using the service. The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs without relying on agency workers, ensuring continuity of care with familiar staff members. The provider supported residents to access COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, with appropriate isolation measures in place for those who contracted the virus.

The registered manager implemented additional mental wellbeing support for residents isolating in their rooms, including extra snack trays and one-to-one activities with staff. The home had contingency plans to cover any staff absences due to isolation or testing requirements, and visits were conducted safely in accordance with government guidance.
