Glendale

Glendale is a care home providing accommodation for up to 61 people with personal care needs. At the time of inspection, 49 people were living there, including those with dementia. Relatives could visit residents in a secluded garden area with a gazebo equipped with a personal protective equipment station. An appointments system managed visits with half-hour time slots to control visitor numbers and maintain safety protocols.
