About Tilford Care & Nursing Home
This care home provides personal and nursing care to 25 people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. The service has capacity for up to 50 people across two floors.
During inspection, inspectors found concerns around infection control practices. Staff did not consistently wear face masks in accordance with national guidelines, and there was insufficient oversight from the provider to ensure compliance with UK Health Security Agency guidance on personal protective equipment use in care homes.
